Using advanced CNC control system, equipped with Mitsubishi servo motor and PLC control program, the welding process is fully automated, improving welding efficiency and quality stability.
• Efficient welding and low deformation
The equipment adopts medium frequency inverter welding power supply and water-cooled welding wheel to ensure efficient welding process and excellent weld quality. At the same time, the high-speed rotation and precise control of the welding wheel can reduce welding deformation, which is suitable for 304, 201 and other stainless steel materials.
